At moderate Vaal River flows (20–35 cumecs), a 2.5–3.5mm tungsten bead on a slim Perdigon or PTN provides ideal bottom contact. Above 40 cumecs, increase anchor weight and shorten dropper length. Below 15 cumecs, reduce bead size and fish micro profiles in slower seams.
